Sweet Grass Village Employs Local Representation

Lewisburg, W.Va. – Representatives from Sweet Grass Village, LLP today announced they have contracted with Old Colony/GMAC Real Estate (Old Colony) to act as the residential community's local representation.

Old Colony is West Virginia's largest full-service real estate company and Susan Bumgardner has been selected as the development's real estate agent.

According to developer Ralph Ballard, Bumgardner will be responsible for distributing information about Sweet Grass Village, presenting the property and answering questions from individuals interested in the neighborhood development.

Ballard said, "We are very excited to have Susan (Bumgardner) on board. We hired her because of her familiarity with the Lewisburg market as well as her association with Old Colony. She is a local agent, but because of her connection with Old Colony, she also has statewide reach and contacts. We expect great things from her!"

Sweet Grass Village is a 300-acre gated community situated in the heart of the Greenbrier Valley near the southern West Virginia city of Lewisburg. With several homes sold and others still available, the development features walking and hiking trails, nature reserves and a central common area equipped with a gazebo.
